ESA INFORMATION

Arizona Homeschool Athletic Academy provides individualized educational consulting, academic planning, leadership development instruction, and college readiness workshops for homeschool student-athletes. Services include transcript planning, NCAA core course education, time management instruction, communication skills development, and structured educational seminars. The program focuses on preparing students for post-secondary academic and career pathways.

Tuition & Subscription Policy

Arizona Homeschool Athlete Academy offers both:

• Annual membership programs
• Monthly subscription plans

All monthly subscriptions automatically renew on a recurring basis.

Parents/guardians are responsible for managing their subscription status through the enrollment platform prior to the renewal date.

Cancellation requests must be submitted through the official cancellation portal. Contacting the AHA office does not constitute formal cancellation.

AHA is not responsible for refunding subscription charges that automatically renew due to failure to cancel prior to the renewal date.

Refund Policy

Membership fees are non-refundable once services begin.

• Seminar registrations are non-refundable within 7 days of the event.
• Annual memberships are non-refundable after the first 30 days.
• No refunds are provided for missed sessions.

ESA families are responsible for ensuring funds are available prior to enrollment.

If an event is cancelled by AHA, families will receive:

• Credit toward a future service OR
• Refund for that specific cancelled event
